1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to every visitor, registered user, and guest user of seller.ae (“Seller.ae”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register an account or post a listing.

2. What Seller.ae is

Seller.ae is a classifieds platform that lets users list and browse items, property, jobs and services. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not sell, buy, own, inspect, or take possession of anything listed on the site, and we do not process, hold, or guarantee any payment between a buyer and a seller. Every transaction is agreed and completed directly between the users involved, at their own risk. See our safety guidance before agreeing to any transaction.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Seller.ae is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account, unless caused by our negligence.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your listings.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, including for spamming, scamming, phishing, or repeated posting violations.

4. Listings and content you post

• You confirm that you have the right to post whatever you list, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• By posting a listing, you grant Seller.ae a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content on the website and in our marketing, for as long as the listing remains active.
• You remain the owner of your content. We do not claim ownership of anything you post.
• We may remove any listing, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including listings in the wrong category, duplicated listings, listings that appear to exist solely for backlinks, and listings that breach these terms.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Seller.ae to post or do any of the following:

• Anything illegal under UAE federal or local law.
• Counterfeit goods, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, prescription medicines, or live animals where prohibited.
• Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Fraudulent listings, or listings intended to deceive buyers or sellers.
• Unsolicited commercial communications (spam) sent through the site.
• Systematic or automated data collection — including scraping, data mining, or harvesting — without our prior written consent.
• Republishing material from this website, including on another website, without our consent.
• Selling, renting, leasing, or assigning any material or content from this website.

If you believe another user has violated these terms, please contact us, or use the reporting links on the relevant listing.

6. Premium listings and payment

Standard listings are free. Premium listings are a paid, optional service that gives a listing higher placement in search and category results. Fees for premium listings are shown at the time of purchase. 

7. Intellectual property

Seller.ae and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website itself and its underlying materials, design and software — separately from the content that users post as listings, which remains theirs as set out in Section 4.

If you believe content on Seller.ae infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at info@seller.ae with a description of the material and your rights in it, and we will investigate.

8. No warranties

This website is provided “as is” without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller.ae does not warrant that:

• the website will be available at all times, or uninterrupted;
• the information on the website, including listings posted by users, is complete, accurate, or not misleading;
• any listing represents a genuine offer, or that any user is who they claim to be.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. If you need advice on a specific matter, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller.ae will not be liable to you for:

• any indirect, special, or consequential loss;
• any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, anticipated savings, contracts, business relationships, reputation, or goodwill;
• any loss or corruption of data;
• any loss arising from a transaction, dispute, or interaction between you and another user — Seller.ae is not a party to that transaction and does not mediate disputes.

These limitations apply even if Seller.ae has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

10. Exceptions

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude, and nothing excludes or limits Seller.ae’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on our part, or for any matter it would be unlawful for us to exclude.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seller.ae, and its shareholders, owners, directors and employees, against any losses, damages, demands, actions, claims, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Seller.ae, without notice, if you breach these terms in any way.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date it is published on this page. Please check this page periodically.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.  Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction .
