That one is a different product: 2 and 3 BHK floors of about 963 to 1,395 sq ft, described as 130 homes on 9.8 acres, on a 30:70 plan, with possession from November 2026. Several articles that rank for the Sector 63A price are in fact about Sector 93, and that is how the 9.8 acres and the 30:70 plan end up attached to 63A on some pages. They do not belong to it.
