It projects highly sensitive and easily absorbing green laser light from middle wavelength of 532nm green DPSS laser. When it makes good use of thermal emitting system inside durable metal housing tube, green laser module is achieving superior stable and reliable green line alignment in continuous use.
Owing to quite special use of separate crystal lens, without laser light decay, 532nm green laser line generator achieves non Gaussian distribution green laser beam and up to 85% uniformity green reference line projection. Within selected fan angles of 10 degree to 93 degree, green laser line is achieving different line lengths, and also keeping same brightness from middle part towards both ends. Only if green laser gets correct output power and fan angle, after proper adjustment of beam focus, it achieves high precision line alignment at great distance perfectly.
