What Diablo 4 Season 15 Farming Builds Does U4GM Highlight
Season 15 looks set to reward players who keep moving. On the PTR, the quickest farming setups are not always the ones with the biggest damage number on the character sheet. They are the builds that clear a pack, cross the next room, and keep going without a long pause. That matters in Helltide, Nightmare Dungeons, low-tier Pits, and any activity where rewards depend on how many runs you finish in an hour. You will also pick up plenty of Diablo 4 Items along the way, so a smooth build can save time both in combat and between runs. Season 15 is still being tested, though, and balance changes could shift the order before launch.

Warlock Sets the Pace

Warlock is the class that currently feels most comfortable for general farming. Hellhound has a simple rhythm: move into a group, apply pressure, and keep travelling before the fight turns into a slog. Hell Fracture Abodian offers a similar feel, with strong area damage and enough movement to avoid getting stuck in one corner of a dungeon. You do not need to stop for every stray enemy, which makes a real difference over a long session. After an hour of repeated runs, that lack of friction is often more valuable than a slightly higher peak damage figure. Hellhound also works well as a first seasonal setup. Once your gear improves, you can switch towards Blazing Scream or Apocalypse if you want to tackle harder content rather than focus purely on speed.

Barbarian and Rogue Keep Runs Moving

Whirlwind Barbarian remains a great pick for anyone who wants a direct playstyle. Hold the skill, steer through the pack, and let the build do its work while you head towards the next objective. It is especially handy in Helltide, where wasted travel time quickly adds up. The build does not ask you to track a long sequence of buttons, either. That makes it a good choice for players who want reliable farming without turning every run into a highly technical exercise. Rogue takes a different route. Poison setups can soften enemies while you reposition, and ranged attacks reduce the risk of standing in the middle of a crowded fight. Penetrating Shot and Rain of Arrows are both worth considering when the screen fills with targets. Rogue also gives you room to change direction later, whether you want safer runs or more aggressive area damage.

Flexible Choices for Different Players

Spiritborn is still a strong all-purpose option. Poison builds suit the seasonal environment because damage can spread through a group while you move on to the next target. It may not match the fastest Warlock setup in every zone, but it is easy to take from one activity to another. Sorcerer sits a little further down the speed chart, yet Burning and Pyromancy builds remain useful when you enjoy controlling groups with elemental effects. Necromancer is the relaxed choice. Minions handle much of the fighting, giving you more attention for movement, loot, and positioning. That can be surprisingly pleasant during material runs. Druid is more dependent on the area. Rabies and other Poison skills become much better when enemies stand close together, so the class can shine in dense zones but feel less impressive when targets are spread out.

Choose Time Efficiency Over Bragging Rights

One common mistake is treating the highest available Pit tier as the best place to farm. It often is not. If a lower tier takes two minutes and a harder one takes eight, the quicker route may produce more experience, materials, and equipment over the same evening. The same idea applies to Nightmare Dungeons. Pick layouts with short travel, manageable objectives, and enemy groups that your build can clear without stopping. Helltide remains useful for experience and materials, while Nightmare Dungeons help with equipment and Glyph progress. Low-tier Pits become worthwhile when you can clear them comfortably and repeat them without frequent deaths. Keep your inventory under control as well. Decide which stats matter, salvage weak drops, and avoid comparing every ordinary item in town. Your farming build should fund the next stage of your character, not trap you in menus.
